T2 Metals Announces Flow Through Private Placement to Raise $527,000

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 18 2024: T2 Metals Corp. (“T2” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: TWO) (OTCQB: TWOSF) (WKN: A2DR6E) announces that the Company has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 1,550,000 flow-through units (each a “FT Unit”), at a price of $0.34 per FT Unit, to raise up to $527,000. Each FT Unit will consist of one flow-through common share and one-half of a non flow-through common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase a non flow-through common share at a price of $0.50 for a period of two years from closing.
There may be insider participation in the Financing. Finder’s fees may be paid on a portion of the Financing and net proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company’s projects in Manitoba.
All securities issued in the Financing are subject to a four-month hold period and to all necessary regulatory approvals, including the final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
